Screen does not exist

hi all

I try to create my first workflow.

I use a start form.

When i have create the form and also connect it to the workflow, the workflow returns an error:

Screen SAPLZW99900037 does not exist. Its the name of the functiogroup.

In the functiongroup an screen is created.How can i solve this?
