That's the issue. I changed my event config to look like delivery event and I posted an unexpected event without location and see what it did. I have 2 events now( propagated and read ). Propagated shows up with location.
So, for unexpected events, change the config to Tras. Act to 99 and leave the stop category as blank. It will resolve your unexpected events issue which we had all these days:)
For expected Events which are coming as with different location, make sure pre-processing is picking up the location from planned events(expev).
