OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED for IN21

Hi Experts,

While executing the IN21 transaction to create networks, OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED dump is occuring at the below location with the given description:

"An exception has occurred which is explained in more detail below. The

exception is assigned to class 'CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL' and was not caught in

procedure

"CHECK_JNET_INSTALLED" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.

Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated this

exception, the current program was terminated.

The reason for the exception is:

You are trying to access a component with a 'ZERO' object reference

(points to 'nothing'). Variable: "LV_JNET"."

I am trying to look for any SAP Notes that would help. In the meantime, if any of you could throw some light here, much appreciated.
