My suggestion will be SAP BW 7.3 / 7.4, and SAP BW on HANA SP8/SP9. Anyone can start with SAP BW modelling using Netweaver 7.3/7.4, and can use ABAP skills there on BW, might need to add some reporting skill using BEx, and then start learning BW on HANA SP9 preferably
It might be quite number of new skills you might be learning, but all time, money, and efforts may result fruitful, with current and future prospect.
However, as suggested by Subbarao Narnei, I also liked Fiori Apps and UI5 concepts, as SAP is marketing on SAP Business Suite 4S/4 HANA. Fiori skills will definitely enhance opportunities.
