I have installedsolman 7.1 Sp14, and started the ITSM configuration. I am able to create the ticket formsatelite system and I am able to see myinsidentsin solman_workcenter but I am not able to view the other incidents. My user is configured asSupport manager role. My userhaveall theprivilages and I assigned Solmanpro business role.Kinldyhelp me to resolve this issue.
