Generally can be due to the mail failure ...do you see a pattern as in how old are these logs ?

They must have accumulated over time and not overnight ?

These could be due to email failures etc ..

You can try to run the report and delete logs older than 7 days ..

Check in SOST and SOIN inbox if you see the failure return messages .
