we have "only" the "BEst practise" document. NOt very helpful here. SVT Set up is "technically" easy but from business point of view "not easy" as you must collect the "data" to decide the "relevance"; and this is 80% company specific. SVT geherally is, as SDS distrbution process or WWI process, only "framework"; the implementaiton as such is (can be) very company specific. The situation depends as well on the fact if or if not the SAP standard data model is used (or not)
For "US" specialities you will find some threads here. There is no thread which i know about Canadian stuff. Check document

PS: SVT can be as "complex" as WWI set up or SDS distribution part, It depends more or less: is the customer "satisfiewd" if you "just" use the SAP default values; according to my expericen: might be teh case but not very probable; but for "demo" use quite good starting point (but you need to look for your "special" selection criteria; this then your job
