We all know Plan start month is optional for 2015 but we can't have '00' in that field. 00 means no benefit plan is offered. This has been emphasized to SAP lot of time by community members but not sure why SAP not considering it.
SAP should not be defaulting that field to '00'. It should be defaulted to blank for 2015 and in the XML file it should go as blank.
If the plan start month is configured then only it should print the plan start month from the configuration.
Please advise.
