Re: Related Item facet in the ticket

Hello Julius ,

 

Within the Ticket in the 'Related Items' facet as Follow-Up Items ,you can only create Ticket/Quote/Opportunities/Lead but NOT an existing one.

 

There is no Business Configuration ->Scoping Question related to Ticket Management for it.Maybe you can address your requirement vis IDEA Forum .
