Hello Gopalan,

1. Are you using any type of reverse proxy or Split deployment on top of your Tomcat?

2. Do you have any other Tomcat installed for another environment?

3. If yes, could you please use the URL of that Tomcat and access this CMS, and check the workflow?

4. Is this report pulling a large amount of data?

5. Can you check the behavior with Sample reports found under Public Folders -> Report Samples ->Feature Samples?

6. Change the Crystal Reports viewer from Preferences -> Crystal Reports. What is the behavior in Web, Web ActiveX and Web Java?

7. Open this report in Crystal Reports Designer, File -> Page Setup -> Check the box for "No Printer", save this report with a different name in the Repository. What is the behavior with this new copy?

Regards,

Vaidehi
