Hope you are well. Both of the above suggestions would work.

and my solution for this would be:

1. export 7.5MS comments into a file
2. write a ABAP program that allows you to read the file from your PC
3. in the ABAP program post all comments to the data intersections

If 7.5 MS system is connected to SAP then you can skip 1 and 2, just read the export file via FTP in the program.

Alternatively write this program and you can use it for all other clients as well.
