If your screen difference are only specific to the UI, I will suggest to explore Access Restriciton under Access Management to restrict view to not required fields for the set of the users which do not want them. (You might have to create separate Business Roles for these two sets of users)
Another option that you can explore is my setting different screen Layouts to the different Business Role. This can be done from front end. Make the relevant changes to hide the unwanted fields and assign the new screen layout to specific Business Role that DO NOT want these options on their screen.
