Determining new agents on creating New incidents

Hello All,

 

  When ever a incident is created, All incident managers assigned to Business Role will be notified with Workitem and Email.

 

I need to add more agents dynamically based on the Plant ID entered while creating incident.

 

Please suggest how can we achieve this.

 

Work flow Details: Below Workflow and marked step will be called to send Work item to the incident managers. Please suggest how to determine new agents dynamically.
