Running Production and Mock - Prod works Mock doesnt

Hello;

I am trying to trouble shoot a problem I am having with a Deski report. I access CMC through a citrix server. the Desi report I am running in production is working fine - mock has an errror. They are both running on a windows operating system 2008 R2 connecting to a MS SQL 2005 server. We are running  XI 3.1 sp4.

This is the error we are getting:

Connection or SQL sentence error:(DA0005):[Exception: CS, COM Provider CLSID not specified or erroneous] A connection required to refresh this document is unavailable. (DA0004):[] The following data profiders have not been successfully refreshed: (States the dataprovider). (DMA0007):[]

Any help is greatly appreciated.
