Reconciliation Problem in J1IFQ

Hello Experts,

I have one issue regarding Subcontracting Challan Reconciliation. End User forgot to mention reference of Subcon Challan and saved the entry.

Eg: Challan is created for 10 kg.And GRN is done of 20 kg.We want to reconsile inJ1ifQ related to that GRN document number.Now it says

Material xxxxxxxxxx is not assigned fully, short by X.000 EA

And is not allowing me to save J1IFQ .Also Challan document number is not linked in table  J_1IGRXSUB and GRN has been done of multiple line items .

1st line item---5kg.

2nd line item--12 kg.

3rd line item--3 kg.

I have already refereed earlier SCN threads but did not find appropriate solution meeting my requirement.

Kindly Suggest any solution.
